VEGF—C和D2—40在结直肠癌组织中的表达及意义

目的：观察血管内皮生长因子-C（VEGF—C）和D2—40在结直肠癌中的表达，探讨淋巴管生成与淋巴道转移和临床病理特征的关系。方法：应用免疫组化sP法检测70例结直肠癌及20例正常结直肠组织中VEGF—C和D2—40的表达。结果：结直肠癌中VEGF—C表达率显著高于正常组织（P〈0．05）。VEGF—C表达与患者淋巴结转移相关（P〈0．05）。结直肠癌瘤周淋巴管密度（LDV-pt）显著高于瘤内淋巴管密度（LDV—it）和正常组织淋巴管密度（P〈0．05）。瘤周淋巴管密度与VEGF—C表达和淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈0．05），而瘤内淋巴管密度与VEGF—C表达和淋巴结转移无关（P〉0．05）。结论：VEGF—C可能在结直肠癌淋巴道转移过程中充当重要角色，结直肠癌瘤周淋巴管密度和VEGF—C表达水平可作为预测预后的有用指标。

Expression and significance of VEGF - C and D2 -40 in colorectal carcinoma

Objiective：To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor C （VEGF- C）and 1）2 -40 in colorectal carcinoma, and to explore the relationships between lymphangiogenesis with lymphatic metastasis and the elinicopathological characteristics of colorectal carcinoma. Methods： Immunohistochemical S - P method was used to examine the expressions of VEGF - C and D2 - 40 in 70 colorectal carcinoma tissue specimens and 20 normal tissue specimens. Results： Peritumoral lymphatic vessels density （ LDV - pt） was significantly higher than intratumoral lymphatic vessels density （LDV -it） in colorectal carcinoma tissue and normal tissue（P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive ex- pression of VEGF - C in coloreetal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues （ P 〈 0.05 ）. LDV - pt in colorectal carcinoma tissue was closely corrected with expression of VEGF - C and lymph node metastasis. But LDV - it was not associated with expression of VEGF - C and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion： VEGF - C might play an important role in the process of lymphatic metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. LDV - pt and expression of VEGF - C might be good prognostic markers for the colorectal patients.
