输尿管镜在妊娠期输尿管结石中的应用

目的探讨应用输尿管镜腔内技术治疗妊娠期输尿管结石的安全性和有效性。方法2004-10-2007-02,对8例妊娠合并输尿管结石患者行输尿管镜腔内技术治疗。患者年龄20-29岁,平均25岁。孕周8-30周,平均22周。结石最大径7.0-11 mm。输尿管上段结石3例,中段2例,下段3例。患侧轻度积水5例,中度积水3例。行经尿道输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石7例,输尿管上段结石推至肾盂后留置双J管1例。结果8例患者术后肾绞痛消失。结石1次取尽者7例（87.5%）,残留结石1例,留置双J管至分娩后。8例孕妇均顺利渡过围产期,并产健康婴儿。结论经尿道输尿管镜腔内技术治疗妊娠合并输尿管结石安全,有效。

Applicaltion of Ureteroscope in Treatment of Ureteral Calculys in Pregnancy

Objective To discuss the safety and effective of ureteroscope in treatment of ureteral calculus in pregnancy.Methods 8 cases of such patient were underwent with operation of ureteroscope to remove the ureteral calculus in pregnancy with age 20～29(mean 25) and pregnant week of 8～30(mean 22 weeks).The calculus was 7～11 mm in diameter.There were 3 cases at upper segment,2 cases at middle segment and 3 cases at lower segment.There were 5 cases with slight hydronephrosis and 3 cases with moderate hydronephrosis.7 cases had removed successfully 1 case had pushed upper.Results The symptoms of pain had disappeared in 7 cases.1 case had remain "J" tube to delivery.All pregnancy women had given birth with safe of children.Conclusion This method might safe and effective for pregnancy.
