| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨卵巢早衰的临床特点及诊治措施。方法：回顾性分析2007年1月～2010年1月我院接受人工周期治疗的卵巢早衰患者30例的临床资料。结果：FSH、LH、E2三种激素在治疗前后比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。治疗3～6个月后治愈14例（46.67%）,有效13例（43.33%）,无效3例（10.0%）,总有效率为90.0%（27/30）。结论：卵巢早衰病因复杂,尽早行性激素替代治疗可改善临床症状,使血清FSH、LH水平降低。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment measures of premature ovarian failure.Methods：The clinical data of 30 patients with premature ovarian failure from January 2007 to January 2010 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results：There was a significant difference before and after treatment about FSH,LH and E2（P0.05）.After 3-6 months,cure 14 cases（46.67%）,effective 13 cases（43.33%）,ineffective 3 cases（10.0%）.the total effective rate was 90.0%（27/30）.Conclusion：The causes of early premature ovarian failure are complex,the sex hormone substitution treatment may improve the clinical symptoms as soon as possible,and make blood serum FSH,LH level to reduce. |
