摘    要:用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)法,测定SRS病毒(SRSV)蛋白的分子量,比较SRSV蛋白和Moloney小鼠白血病病毒(M-MuLV)蛋白的电泳速度,发现前者p30比后者p30的电泳速度快,推测SRSV是N-向性病毒。用微晶纤维素薄膜制备两株病毒p30的双向肽谱,显示出一些不同的肽段。结果表明SRS V 和M-MuLV是两株不同的小鼠白血病病毒。

Abstract:The molecular weights of SRS virus (SRSV) proteins were estimated and the SRSV was compared with the Moloney murine leukemia virus (M-MuLV) by sodium dodecyl sulfated-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The SRSV p30 moved slightly faster on the SDS-PAGE than M-MuLV p30, so we suggest that SRSV may be a N-tropic virus. Comparison of SRSV p30 with M-MuLV p30 by two-dimensional tryptio peptide mappings on cellulose-coated thin-layer plates showed that there were some other different peptides between the two p 30 proteins. We conclude that SRSV and M-MuLV are different murine leukemia viruses.
