Dipstick法检测斯氏狸殖吸虫病血清抗体的建立及应用

摘    要:目的 建立简便的斯氏狸殖吸虫病Dipstick快速诊断法。方法 以纯化的斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫可溶性抗原22kD为诊断抗原,胶体金标记的羊抗人IgC为显色剂,建立Dipstick快速诊断方法;检测斯氏狸殖吸虫病患者血清58例,日本血吸虫病患者血清32例。华支睾吸虫病患者血清23例,健康者血清28例。结果 检测58例斯氏狸殖吸虫病患者血清IgG抗体.其阳性率为98、3%(57/58),分别检测健康者血清28例、日本血吸虫病患者血清32倒和华支睾吸虫病患者血清23例,前者均为阴性,后两者的交叉反应率分别为3.1%(1/32)和0%(0/23)。结论 斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫可溶性抗原22kD Dipstick快速诊断法具有较高的敏感性和特异性,简便快捷,勿须特殊仪器设备,是一种检测斯氏狸殖吸虫病患者血清IcG抗体较好的免疫诊断方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish convenient dipstick fast diagnostic method of P.skrjabini.Methods Using purified adult worm antigen 22kD of P.skrjabini and IgG labelled with colloidal gold as color dveloping agent,dipstick for detecting pagumogonimiasis skrjabini antibodies was tested,and it was used to detect collected sera samples from 141 cases,including 58 pagumogonimiasis skrjabini cases,32 schistosomiasis cases,23 clonorchiasis cases and 28 healthy people.Results The positive rate in testing the sera from 58 proved cases was 98.3%(57/58).The negative rate in healthy people was 100%(32/32).The cross reaction rates in 32 schistosomiasis cases and 23 clonorchiasis cases were 3.1%(1/32)and 0%(0/23),respectively.Conclusion This dipstick fast diagnostic mthod using purified adult worm 22kD antigen has high sensitivity and specificity,and it has the advantages of simplicity and without specific equipment.Therefore,this method is fitful to diagnosis of pagumogonimiasis skrjabini as well as epidemiological investigation.
