| 摘 要： | 激素替代治疗(HRT)因其可有效改善妇女围绝经期症状而得到广泛应用，但最近人们发现，长期应用HRT可增加心血管疾病的发生率及激素依赖性肿瘤发生的危险性。通过系统复习文献提出，HRT的应用须慎重。

| Abstract: | Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) has been widely used to ameliorate the symptoms of peri-menopausal period. But it was found recently that the incidence of cardiovascular disease was increasing in wemon with HRT for a long period. At the same time the incidence of hormone dependent neoplasms was increasing too. Through systematic review of literature, the authors suggest that the application of hormone replacement therapy should be cautious. |
