负压封闭引流在顽固性创面修复中的应用

目的研究封闭负压引流治疗复杂难愈性创面的效果。方法对20例复杂难愈性创面病例应用负压封闭引流技术进行治疗;观察负压引流时间、更换次数、愈合方式以及应用游离皮片移植及转移皮瓣的愈合情况。结果负压引流更换次数最少1次,最多4次,所有接受负压引流创面均不能自行愈合,引流一周后,创面有不同程度缩小17例,占85%,应用游离皮片移植愈合6例,占30%,而选择转移皮瓣移植14例占70%。结论负压封闭引流技术在顽固难治性创面的治疗中,对确保植皮或皮瓣移植的成功率将起到十分重要的作用。

Vacuum sealing drainage in regeneration of intractable wound surface

Objective To understand the effect of vacuum sealing drainage in treatment of complicated and refractory wound surface.Methods Vacuum sealing drainage was used to treat complicated and refractory wound surface（20 cases）.Time and replacing frequency of vacuum drainage,healed pattern of wound,healed situation of free skin grafting and shifting skin flap grafting were observed.Results Replacing frequency of vacuum drainage was from 1 time to 4 times.In 1 week after vacuum drainage,the wound surface reduced in 17 cases（85%）.Patients of healed wound surface were 6 cases（30%） and 14 cases（70%） respectively in free skin grafting and shifting skin flap grafting.Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage can ensure successful rate of skin flap grafting in the treatment of complicated and refractory wound surface.
