| 摘 要： | 目的了解DR发生的一般危险因素，为预防和干预DR的发生提供科学依据，降低DR的发病率，提高DM患者的生活质量。方法2004年9月～2007年3月在我院眼科和内分泌科的门诊和住院的T2DM患者作为研究对象，对2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者中糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）和无糖尿病视网膜病变（NDR）患者一般资料的分析。结果DR与NDR组性别、年龄的构成差异无统计学意义；文化程度、职业、患者来源（城市／农村）差异均有显著性；人均家庭月收入差异有统计学意义。结论（1）文化程度、职业构成、家庭平均月收入、糖尿病病程与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系最为密切；（2）尚不能完全证实年龄和性别与糖尿病视网膜病变有关。
