| 摘 要： | 本文报告了用自己培养的兔眼结膜成纤维细胞为材料进行的体外药物筛选,比较6种药物对结膜成纤维细胞增殖的抑制作用,结果以正定霉素效果最强,倍他米松效果最弱,并讨论了其注意事项。

| Abstract: | The methods of drug-screening with cultured rabbit conjunctival fib-roblasts are reported in detail, and the matters needing attention are discussed. The inhibitory effect on conjunctival fibroblast proliferation of 6 drugs was compared, among which Daunomycin was found to have the strongest and Betamethasonum the weakest inhibitory effect. |
