丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将66例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组,均糖尿病饮食及胰岛素控制血糖,对肥胖或有胰岛素抵抗则联合口服药降糖,使血糖控制在空腹5～7mmol/L,餐后2h控制在7～10mmol/L,合并高血压及高血脂者给予常规降血压及降脂治疗。对照组33例凯时注射液10ug加入10mL生理盐水中静注,1次/d。治疗组33例丹参川芎嗪10mL加入生理盐水250mL中静滴,1次/d,西药同对照组,连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿微量白蛋白、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效23例,有效10例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组显效16例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率76.00%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组尿微量白蛋白有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效满意,值得临床推广。

Salvia Ligustrazine Injection Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Randomized and Controlled Study

Objective] to observe the curative effects of danshenchuanxiongqin injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods] using random parallel control method,66 cases of hospitalized patients were divided into two groups according to randomly digital table.All patients were given diabetic diet and insulin to control blood sugar;Fat or insulin resistantance patients were given oral medicine hypoglycemia agent combination,to control FBG in 5~7mmol/L,2HPG in 7~10mmol/L;Patients combined with hypertension or hyperlipemia were cured by conventional reduce the blood pressure and the blood lipid treatment.33 cases in control group were given kaishi injection 10ug in saline 10ml through intravenous drip,one time per a day.33 cases in treatment group were given danshenchuanxiongqin injection 10ml in saline 250ml through IV drip,a/d,western medicine treatment was the same with control group.Observe the clinical symptoms and detect microalbuminuria.Judge the curative effects after 21 days continuous treatment.Results] In treatment group,obvious effects occurr 23 patients,10 cases are effective,0 cases ineffectiveness,the total effective rate is 100.00%.In control group,obvious effects occurr 16 patients,9 cases effective,8 cases ineffectiveness,the total effective rate is 76.00%.The clinical curative effects in treatment group are superior to those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of microalbuminuria are improved(P<0.05),treatment group is better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion] Danshenchuanxiongqin injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is effective,which is worth to being promotion.
