颅内血肿微创治疗系统的研制

摘    要:目的:研制一种用于颅内血肿微创治疗的穿刺引流系统。方法:本系统主要由导管针、钻体、三通、冲洗针、通针组成,共有11种规格,最短2.0cm,最长7.0cm,能够对颅内任何部位血肿进行穿刺治疗。结果:我们应用此系统治疗了56例颅内血肿,急性硬膜外血肿4例,亚急性硬膜外血肿6例,外伤性脑内血肿8例,慢性硬膜下血肿8例,高血压性脑出血30例,血肿量30~130ml。穿刺过程和术后无不良事件发生。结论:此穿刺引流系统治疗治疗颅内血肿安全、有效、便捷。

Abstract:Objective:Rearsech a new puncture-drainage system for intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery. Method: The puncture-drainage system includes 5 assembly units which are catheter needle, drill, T-piece, washing needle and wick, has 11 etalons from 2.0 cm shortest to 7.0 cm longest,and can puncture and draw into hematomas in any intracranial position. Results: Wo treated 56 patients with the puncture- drainage system, Among acute epidurdl hematoma 4 cases, subacute epidural hematoma6 cases, traumatic intracerebral hematoma 8 cases, Chronic Subdural Hematoma 8 cases,hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage 30 cases,hemorrhage volume30-130ml.No any bad inci-dent took place in puncture and afteroperation, such as haemorrhage, intracranial infeion, leakage of cerebrospinal fluid and so on. Conclu-sion: The puncture-drainage system can treat the intracranial hematoma effectively, safely and simplify.
