不同糖耐量水平冠心病患者冠状动脉病变特点探讨

目的探讨不同糖耐量水平的冠心病患者冠状动脉病变的特点。方法选取84例在我院行冠脉造影证实为冠心病的住院患者,完成性别、年龄、吸烟人数、体重、收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等指标的检测,根据口服75克葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT）结果分为3组：正常糖代谢组（NGT）21例、糖耐量减低组（IGT）29例、糖尿病组（DM）34例,比较分析3组冠状动脉病变的情况。结果糖尿病组、糖耐量减低组冠脉病变支数明显高于正常糖代谢组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,糖尿病组、糖耐量减低组冠脉病变支数差异无统计学意义。结论糖耐量减低的冠心病患者冠脉病变特征与糖尿病患者相似,均较正常糖代谢的冠心病患者冠状动脉病变严重。

Study on characteristics of coronary artery disease in CHD patients with different CT levels

Objective To study the characteristics of coronary artery disease in CHD patients with different CT levels.Methods 84 cases of CHD patients confirmed by arteriography were investigated with sex,age,smoke,body weight,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-ch and so on,and then were divided into 3 groups according to OGTT results：NGT group（21 cases）,IGT group（29 cases）,and DM group（34 cases）.The pathological changes in coronary artery between groups were analyzed.Results The numbers of diseased coronary artery in DM group and IGT group were greater than in NGT group,and the difference was significant（P 0.05）.There was no significant difference between DM group and IGT group.Conclusion The characteristics of coronary artery disease in CHD patients with IGT was similar to DM patents,which were both more serious than patents with NGT.
