乌鲁木齐南山牧区哈萨克族人群高血压知识知晓状况调查分析

目的了解乌鲁木齐南山牧区哈萨克族人群高血压相关知识知晓情况，探讨哈萨克族高血压相关知识宣传的策略与措施。方法采用分层整群抽样方法抽取乌鲁木齐南山牧区甘沟乡5个村18岁及以上哈萨克族人群共1233人，对其进行人户访谈式问卷调查及体质量、身高、腰围和血压等测量。结果哈萨克族人群对高血压方面知识知晓率低于30％；不同年龄人群中40～54岁人群知晓率最高，40岁以下人群知晓率最差，均低于10％；文化程度较高的人群，对高血压相关知识的知晓率高于文化程度较低的人群。高血压的检出率为52．39％。结论本地区哈萨克族牧民高血压相关知识知晓情况很差，且高血压患病率较高，提示社区健康教育力度不足。应针对高血压的主要危险因素及哈萨克族人群的特点开展综合防治措施，增加牧区哈萨克族人群防治高血压的知识，是控制该地区哈萨克族人群高血压的关键。

A Survey on Hypertension Knowledge Comprehension among Kazakh Group in South Mountain Pastures of Urumqi

Objective To investigate the hypertension knowledge comprehension among Kazakh group in South Mountain pastures of Urumqi so as to explore the strategies and measures to propagandize hypertension knowledge among them. Methods 1 233 Kazakh aged over 18 years from 5 villages of Gangou Town in South Mountain Pastures of Urumqi were interviewed face to face with the method of stratified cluster sampling, and simultaneously their weight, height, waist circumference, blood pressure were measured and examined. Results Less than 30% of them understood the hypertension knowledge. Among the different age groups, those aged 40- 54 years shared the highest understanding rate and those aged less than 40 years the lowest （10%）. Those with higher education had higher understanding rate than those with lower. The check-out rate of hypertension was 52.39%. Conclusion The hypertension knowledge of Kazakh herdsmen in the region is at a low level but the incidence of hypertension is high, which indicates the lack of health education. Comprehensive prevention and treatment pertinent to the major risk factors and the characteristics of Kazakh groups and enhanced health education on hypertension among them is key to the management of hypertension among them in the region.
