参合农民体检中重点慢性病的检出情况分析

目的通过对象山县丹东和丹西街道参合农民体检情况进行分析,了解农村居民的主要健康问题,为今后制定相应的干预措施提供依据。方法对参合农民进行体检,收集血常规、尿常规、肝功能、空腹血糖、肝胆B超、心电图及血压等项目的结果。结果共有8360人参加了体检,检出患有各类疾病者4735例,主要疾病为高血压、乙肝病毒携带、脂肪肝和糖尿病4种,且慢性病患病呈年轻化趋势。结论慢性病患病已呈年轻化趋势,应开展全面的慢性病干预,做好三级预防,提高农民的健康水平和保健意识。
