| 摘 要： | 目的探讨益肾活血助孕汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的机制。方法构建排卵障碍性不孕症大鼠模型,给予益肾活血助孕汤治疗,检测卵巢颗粒细胞内Ca2+(Ca2i+)浓度。结果与对照组比较,模型组卵巢颗粒细胞Cai2+浓度显著降低(P<0.05);中药治疗组Cai2+浓度明显高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论益肾活血助孕汤能提高排卵障碍性不孕症模型大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞Cai2+浓度,从而达到治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的目的 。
