| 摘 要： | 纳曲酮是一种阿片受体拮抗剂,对免疫系统具有调节作用.早期纳曲酮被用来治疗阿片类药物依赖,最近用来治疗肥胖、瘙痒、多发性硬化症、多囊卵巢综合症、肿瘤、酒精和尼古丁成瘾.最近研究证明纳曲酮具有抗麻醉和治疗纤维肌痛和克罗恩病的作用,超低剂量纳曲酮可以增强麻醉作用.

| Abstract: | Naltrexone(NTX) is a opioid receptor antagonist which has moderating effect on immune system. It was originally used to treat dependence on opioid drugs but has recently been used as a treatment for overweight, pruritus, multiple sclerosis (MS), polycystic ovary syndrome, tumor, alcohol dependence and nicotine dependence. Recent studies have proved that naltrexone also can be used as an antinarcotics as well as in the treatment of fibromyalgia and Crohn' s disease. Ultra-low dose of naltrexone has the function of increasing narcotism. This review summaried the recent research progress on the clinical application of naltrexone and its effect on immune system. |
