| Abstract: | Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection can induce specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) activation, proliferation and response to the virus after infected. The CD8+ CTLs recognize and response to the HLA-peptide complexes through T cell receptor complementary determining region 3 (TCR CDR3). We could understand our immunity deeply and provide new ideas for diagnosis and treatment of CMV infection by analys-sing the TCR CDR3 sequence and frequency of CMV infectors . It is important to know the researches on TCR CDR3 specific for HLA-A2-CMV PP65495-503 (Series: NLVPMVATV) antigens complex. |
