摘    要:巨细胞病毒(CMV)侵入机体后能引起T细胞特异性活化、增殖、应答,其中CD8+的细胞毒性T细胞(CTLs)主要由T细胞受体互补决定区3(TCR CDR3)识别HLA-肽复合物.通过对CMV感染者的TCR CDR3区序列及频率进行检测和分析.可深入了解机体应答状况,并能为CMV感染的诊断和治疗提供新思路.对HLA-A2-...

Abstract:Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection can induce specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) activation, proliferation and response to the virus after infected. The CD8+ CTLs recognize and response to the HLA-peptide complexes through T cell receptor complementary determining region 3 (TCR CDR3). We could understand our immunity deeply and provide new ideas for diagnosis and treatment of CMV infection by analys-sing the TCR CDR3 sequence and frequency of CMV infectors . It is important to know the researches on TCR CDR3 specific for HLA-A2-CMV PP65495-503 (Series: NLVPMVATV) antigens complex.
