摘    要:目的 探讨鲍曼不动杆菌临床分离株的耐药性以及外排泵adeB基因的表达情况.方法 琼脂稀释法检测最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增adeB基因,逆转录PCR(rt-PCR)检测adeB基因的mRNA表达水平.结果 药敏试验结果显示,60株鲍曼不动杆菌对哌拉西林耐药率最高(92.3%),对亚胺培南耐药率最低...
