| 摘 要： | 目的评价变色液体培养基快速一步法检测试剂对分枝杆菌培养、鉴定和药敏测定的效果。方法采用快速变色液体培养基和传统酸性罗氏培养法对198例痰标本进行结核分枝杆菌检测。结果快速变色液体培养法和酸性罗氏培养法,整个试验完成平均检出时间分别为28、62 d。与传统酸性罗氏培养基相比,快速一步法可缩短30~60 d完成;两法阳性检出率(37.9%和37.4%)与初治耐药率结果(35.6%和36.9%)之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论变色液体培养基快速一步法是一种快速、简便、敏感性高、特异性强的结核分枝杆菌辅助诊断方法,具有重要的应用价值。
