| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨提高肾盂压力在输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管结石中的应用价值.方法 对80例输尿管结石术中使用提高肾盂压力防止结石上移.结果 80例有效地预防了结石的上移,一次性碎石成功,成功率为100%.结论 输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石术中使用提高肾盂压力,可以有效地防止结石上移,提高碎石的成功率,促进术中结石排出,值得在...

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate the renal pelvis pressure in the ureteroscopic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi in the application.Methods 80 cases of ureteral calculi in patients with increased pelvic pressure to prevent the stones on the move.Results 80 cases were effective in preventing the stones on the move,one stone success rate was 100%.Conclusions Ureteroscopic lithotripsy of ureteral calculi with intraoperative pelvic pressure increase,can effectively prevent the stones on the move,to improve the success rate of gravel,stonos discharged for surgery,it is in clinical practice. |
