Mesenchymal-epithelial transformation of Ito cells in vitro |

| Abstract: | Cultured pure population of Ito cells isolated from adult rat liver expressed epithelial markers cytokeratin-8, α-fetoprotein, and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase after forming a dense monolayer.
