| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定罗布麻茶中槲皮素含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法以甲醇-0．4％磷酸溶液（50：50）为流动相；采用Kromasil C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；检测波长为371mm；柱温30℃。结果槲皮素线性范围为5．98～47．84g／mL，回归方程为A=7750．68C＋1196．33（r=0．9997）。结论本方法可以准确测定罗布麻茶中槲皮素的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of quercetin in the Luobuma Tea by HPLC. Method The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid （50 ： 50）. Kromasil C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The wavelength for measurement was at 371 nm and the temperature was at 30 ℃. Result The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.98-47.84 g/mL for quercetin. The regression equation was A =7 750.68C ＋ 1 196.33 （r =0.999 7）. Conclusion This method can be used to determine the content of quercetin in Luobuma Tea accurately. |
