| 摘 要： | 探讨前列腺癌患者治疗前血清前列腺特异性抗原水平对评估ＰＣａ预后的价值。方法采用放射免疫分析法检测２４例预后良好和３３例预后不良的ＰＣａ患者治疗前的血清ＰＳＡ水平。结果两组病例治疗前血清ＰＳＡ水平显著高于正常对照组，ＰＣａ患者预后不良组治疗前血清ＰＳＡ水平亦显著高于预后良好组。结论ＰＣａ患者治疗前血清ＰＳＡ水平对评估其预后具有一定价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the prognostic value of the serum levels of prostate specific antigen(PSA) before treatment.Methods:Radioimmunoassay(RIA) was used to measure the serum PSA levels of 57 patients with prostate cancer before treatment,among them the prognosis was poor in 33 and better in 24.Results:Before treatment,the serum PSA levels in two cancer groups were higher than that in control group( P <0.01).The serum PSA levels in bad prognosis group were significantly higher than those in better prognosis group( P < 0.01 ).Conclusions:Testing for serum PSA levels is valuable in judging the prognosis of prostate cancer before treatment . |
