异丙酚在人工流产术中作用

目的 :减轻人工流产时的痛苦 ,预防人工流产并发症的发生。方法 :设实验组 (用药组 )及对照组 ,实验组于术中静脉缓慢推注异丙酚 ,对照组术中不用任何药物 ,观察孕妇术中、术后的反应。结果 :实验组孕妇术中无疼痛及人工流产综合征发生 ,与对照组相比差异显著 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;术中出血少 ,无子宫穿孔等并发症 ,手术时间缩短 ,与对照组相比差异不显著 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;无血压呼吸的明显改变。结论 :异丙酚用于人工流产术安全、简便 ,能有效减轻人工流产时的痛苦 ,预防人工流产并发症的发生

The effect of propofol in artifical abortion

Objective:To alleviate patient′s suffering during artifical abortion and to prevent the occur of complication in artifical abortion.Methods:Patients were divided into groups including study group (took medicine group) and control group.Propofol were injected into the veins slowly during the operation to the study group.Any medicines were not used to the control group,the reactions of pregnant women were tested in the process of operation and after the operation.Results:The pregnant women of study group had not suffering and other artifical abortion syndrome.Than the control group,there was significantly difference( P <0.05).The pregnant women had few haemorrhage and no uterus perforation and other complication,times were shorten( P >0.05) blood pressure and respiratory had no obvious changes.Conclusions:The method of propofol was used in artifical abortion is safe,convenient and can efficiease aleviate pregnant suffening and prevent the occur of complication.
