水蛭胶囊治疗脑动脉硬化症40例疗效观察

目的：观察水蛭胶囊治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床疗效。方法：治疗组40例，口服水蛭胶囊4粒，每日3次；对照组36例，口服眩晕宁片5片，每日3次，连用4周后统计疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为87．50％，对照组为66．67％，2组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）；2组治疗前后血液流变学变化及血脂指标变化，治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较有极显著性（P＜0．01），与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01或P＜0．05）。结论：水蛭胶囊治疗脑动脉硬化症疗效确切。

Observation on curative effect of shuizhi capsule in the treatment of 40 cases with cerebral arterioselerosis

Objective To observe Curative effect of shuizhi capsule on cerebral anteriosclerosis. Methods In the treatment group(n=40) shuizhi Capsule was taken orally,4 capsules, three times a day, and in the control group ( n = 36) Xuanyun ning tablet was taken orally,5 pieces a time. three times a day, with a course of 4 weeks in both groups. Results The total effective rate is 87.50% in the treatment group, while 66.67% in the contral group. According to the statistics, there was significantly differentce between both groups( P <0.05). Conclusions In treating Cerebral arteniosderosis, Shui Zhi Capsule has a reliable Cur-ative effect.
