人体蠕形螨的生物学研究

摘    要:用透明胶带法观察蠕形螨在人体面部的寄生、逸出及其在体外的存活能力。结果表明:毛囊蠕形螨(Demodex follculorum)主要以颚体朝向毛囊底部寄生,且常常有多条群居现象,而皮脂蠕形螨(Demodex brevis)一般为单条独居生活。两种人体蠕形螨昼夜均可主动爬出毛囊口出现在皮肤表面,Df白天10:00~18:00为逸出高峰;Db则以夜间22:00~2:00逸出最多。此外,蠕形螨在体外有较强的活动力和存活力。这些实验结果为进一步了解蠕形螨的传播方式以及采取正确的防治措施提供了参考依据。透明胶带法在人体蠕形螨的流行病学调查和生物学研究方面具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:The parasitism and excursion of vermiform mites on human faces and their survival in vitro were observed by using the cellophane method. The results showed that Df (Demodex folliculorum)chiefly parasitized with their jaws towards the bottoms of hair follicle , and often in crowds , while Db(Demodex brevis) usually parasitized singly. Both mites could crawl out from the follicular orifices actively ,appearing on the surface of skin round the clock. However ,the peak crawlingout time of Df was from 10:00 to 18:00 ,while Db from 22: 00 to 02:00. Moreover ,the mites moved more active and lived longer in vitro. These results have provided some reference evidences for further understanding the transmissive modes of mites ,as well as taking proper prophylactico-therapeutic measures. The cellophane method will be more valuable in the epidemiological survey of human vermiform mites and the biologic study.
