心理护理结合健康宣教对艾滋病病人自我效能的影响

目的探讨心理护理结合健康宣教干预模式对艾滋病病人自我效能的影响。方法入选2009年1月-2013年12月绍兴市中心医院收治103例艾滋病患者,按照干预方式不同分为观察组(51例)和对照组(52例),对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组则在此基础上对患者实施心理护理结合健康宣教干预。结果干预后,观察组患者的治疗依从性为100%,明显高于对照组的80.4%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者满意度为82.4%,明显高于对照组的57.7%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组自我效能评分为(35.32±6.58)分,明显高于对照组(27.87±5.93),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论心理护理结合健康宣教的干预方式有利于提高艾滋病病人的自我效能水平,增强了病人的信心和积极性,对疾病的治疗和康复有一定意义。

Influence of psychological nursing combined with health education on self- efficacy of AIDS patients

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education on AIDS patients＇ self- efficacy. Methods According to different intervention methods, 103 AIDS patients treated in the Central Hospital of Shaox- ing City from January 2009 to December 2013 were divided into observation group （n = 51 ） and control group （n = 52）. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing care, while the observation group received psychological nursing and health education intervention based on the therapy of the control group. Results After the intervention, the therapeutic com- pliance and .satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group （100 % and 82.4 % ） were both significantly higher than those in the control group （80.4% and 57.7% ）, and the differences were statistically significant （both P〈 0.05）. The self - efficacy score of patients in the observation group （35.32 ± 6.58） was significantly higher than that d the control group （27.87± 5.93）, with statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conelusions Psychological nursing combined with health education inter- vention is conducive to improving the self efficacy level of AIDS patients and strengthening the patients＇ confidence and enthusi- asm. It is of significance for the treatment and rehabilitation of the disease.
