摘    要:目的探讨Mobi-C颈椎人工椎间盘置换治疗单节段退变性颈椎病的近期效果。方法对应用Mobi C颈椎人工椎间盘置换治疗的17例单节段颈椎间盘突出症患者于术前术后、术后1年级末次随访时进行全面的影像学和临床评价。结果病例随访1.5~3.4年,平均2.2年。Odom临床疗效评价术后1年优13例,良3例,可1例;末次随访优14例,良2例,可1例。患者的颈肩痛及上肢疼痛明显缓解,颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)和SF-36生活质量量表评分明显改善,且差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),患者的生活质量明显提高。除2例患者发生异位骨化外,未发现相邻节段退变加速。1例患者因适应症掌握失误出现术后症状反复。结论保留颈椎生理特点的Mobi-C颈椎人工椎间盘置换对单阶段退变性颈椎病的患者近期疗效确切,可明显提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To research the short-term effect of Mobi-C artificial cervical disc replacement(ACDR) therapy in patients with single-segment cervical spondylosis. Methods Mobi-C artificial cervical disc was applied to treat 17 cases of singlesegment cervical spondylosis. The data about clinical observation, imaging evaluation were collected at preoperative, postoperative1 year and the end follow-up. Results The patients were followed up for 1.5 to 3.4 years, average 2.2 years. All the patients were satisfactory to the outcome, excellent in 13 cases, good in 3 cases and fair in 1 case according to Odom criterion. The pain in upper limb and neck were significantly relieved, the VAS score and NDI and SF-36 improved obviously, which meant the patient’s quality of life improved obviously(P〈0.05). Degeneration at the adjacent segments was not found in addition to 2 patient with heterotopic ossification. Conclusion Mobi-C ACDR reserving physiological characteristics of cervical spine has a good effect in the early stage, and can improve the quality of life of the patients.
