家庭干预对手足口病患儿综合状态的影响

目的探讨"家庭干预"对手足口病患儿综合状态的影响。方法选取2012年3月-2013年3月146例手足口病患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组73例,对照组患儿接受常规护理,观察组患儿接受"家庭干预",观察比较两组患儿的发热消退时间、皮疹消退时间、易惊消退时间以及生存质量评分,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组患儿的平均退热时间、皮疹消退时间、易惊消失时间均显著少于对照组(P0.01),生存质量评分提高程度均显著高于对照组(P0.01),观察组的治愈率为84.9%,显著高于对照组的68.5%(P0.05),且观察组疗效等级优于对照组(P0.05)。结论 "家庭干预"可明显促进手足口病患儿的病情好转,提高患儿的生存质量,改善患儿的综合状态,值得进一步推广应用。

The influence of family intervention on the comprehensive status of pediatric patients with hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective To study the influence of family intervention on the comprehensive status of pediatric patients with hand - foot- mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods One hundred and forty- six pediatric patients with HFMD were observed from March 2012 to March 2013, and all of them were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group （each n= 73）. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received family intervention. The subsided time of fever, rash and being easily frightened, the scores of quality of life and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The mean subsided time of fever, rash and being easily frightened was significantly less in the observa- tion group than in the control group （P〈0.01）, while the degree of improvement in the score of quality of life was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The curative rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, （84.9% vs 68.5%, P〈0.05） ; moreover, the degree of therapeutic efficacy of the ob- servation group was superior to that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Family intervention can significantly ame- liorate the clinical symptoms of pediatric patients with HFMD, improve the patients＇ quality of life and improve their comprehen- sive status. It is worthy of further promotion and application.
