东莞市寮步镇2010-2012年肺结核流行病学特征分析

目的了解东莞市寮步镇2010-2012年肺结核流行病学特征,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法对东莞市寮步镇2010-2012年疾病监测信息报告管理系统中报告的肺结核病例资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果东莞市寮步镇2010-2012年共报告肺结核823例,2010年发病率为103.03/10万,2011年发病率为125.95/10万,2012年发病率为96.03/10万。无明显的发病高峰;18~49岁成年人为高危人群占报告病例总数的88.82%;工人占59.53%;全镇30个社区(村)都有病例报告,其中寮步社区每年报告的病例数都位居全镇第一。结论东莞市寮步镇肺结核疫情形势较为严重,今后应重点加强成年人肺结核防制工作的管理。

Analysis on the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Liaobu Town,Dongguan City in 2010- 2012

Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of pulmonary tuberculosis in Liaobu Town, Dongguan tJlty from 2010 to 2012, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating its prevention and control strategies. Methods Descrip- tive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the data about the reported pulmonary tuberculosis eases obtained from the National Disease Reporting Information System in Liaobu Town from 2010 to 2012. Results A total of 823 cases of pulmonary tuber- culosis were reported in Liaobu Town during 2010 - 2012. The incidence rates of pulmonary tuberculosis from 2010 through 2012 were 103.03/100,000, 125.95/100,000 and 96.03/100,000, respectively. There was no obvious seasonal peaks. Adults aged 18-49 years were the high-risk population, accounting for 88.82% of the total reported cases. 59.53% of the eases were workers. Pulmonary tuberculosis eases were reported annually in 30 communities （villages） of Liapbu Town, and the number o{ the eases annually reported in Liaobu Community ranked firstly. Conclusions The epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculo- sis in Liapbu Town is severe, and hence, it is necessary to enhance pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and control work among adults in future.
