宫颈癌组织ICAM-1和VEGF表达与放疗敏感相关性研究

摘    要:目的:研究细胞间黏附分子-1(intercellulareelladhesionmolecule-1,ICAM-1)和血管内皮生长因子(vascularendo—thalialgrowthfactor,VEGF)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其与放疗敏感性的相关性。方法:选取2007—07—01—2008—06—30在南通市肿瘤医院妇瘤科住院行根治性放疗的60例宫颈鳞癌患者。采用Realtime—PCR技术检测ICAM-1mRNA和VEGFmRNA在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达,分析不同放疗敏感性患者IcAM-1InRNA和VEGFITIRNA表达水平差异,探讨ICAM-1rflRNA和VEGFmRNA之间的相关性。结果:宫颈鳞癌组织放疗前后ICAM-11TIRNA表达水平分别为124.57±58.64和47.38±39.27,差异有统计学意义,p=0.008;VEGFITIRNA的表达水平分别为152.75±66.92和73.46士54.41,差异有统计学意义,p=0.023;ICAM-1mRNA和VEGFmRNA的表达在放疗抵抗组和放疗敏感组中差异均有统计学意义,P值分别为0.027和0.009;近期疗效中,肿瘤消失组中ICAM-1mRNA和VEGFmRNA表达存在-定相关性,r=0.468,p=0.016;肿瘤未控组中IcAM-1nlRNA和VEGFmRNA表达存在-定相关性,r=0.693,p=0.031。远期疗效中,肿瘤治愈组中ICAM-1mRNA和VEGFmRNA表达亦存在-定相关性,r=0.457,p=0.023;肿瘤复发组中IcAM-1mRNA和VEGFmRNA表达亦存在-定相关性,r=0.637,p=0.018。结论:ICAM-1高表达与宫颈鳞癌放疗抵抗性有关,并且与VEGF的表达在放射抵抗中具有-定的相关性。

Relationship between expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and vascular perme-ability factor and radiosensitivity in human cervical

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) and the radiosensitivity of cervical squamous cancer, and investigate the relationship between ICAM-1 and VEGF in the radiosensitivity of cervical squamous cancer. METHODS:Sixty cervical cancer patients treated by radiothera- py for this study in Nantong Tumor Hospital from July lst,2007 to June 30th,2008. Reahime-PCR method was performed to detect the expression of ICAM-1 mRNA,VEGF mRNA in cervical squamous cancer tissues of 60 cases before and after radiotherapy. The same method was performed to detect the expression of ICAM-1 mRNA,VEGF mRNA in radiosensitive cases and radioresistant cases to analyze the change of ICAM-1 mRNA and VEGF mRNA expression before and after ra diotherapy in cervical squamous cancer, the differences of ICAM-1 mRNA and VEGF mRNA expression in radiosensitive cases and radioresistant cases,and analyze the relationship between ICAM-1 mRNA and VEGF mRNA. RESULTS: Before and after radiotherapy the expression levels of ICAM-1 mRNA were 124.57±58.64 and 47.38±39.27(P=0. 008) and VEGF mRNA were 152.75±66.92 and 73.46±54.41(P=0. 023) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. ICAM-1 mRNA expression Between radiation resistance group and sensitive group was significantly different (P=0. 027) and the same as VEGF mRNA (P= 0. 009). During the short-term efficacy course, we found there was a certain correlation between ICAM-1 mRNA and VEGF mRNA in tumors disappeared group (r=0. 468,P=0. 016);The same as in tumors control group (r= 0. 693, P= 0.031). During the long-term efficacy course, we also found there was a certain correlation between ICAM-1 mRNA and VEGF mRNA in tumor cure group (r=0. 457 ,P=0. 023) and the same as in tumor recurrence group(r= 0. 637, P = 0. 018). CONCLUSION.. The expression of ICAM-1 is related to radiosensitivity of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and there is a correlation between the expression of ICAM-1 and VEGF.
