胃癌组织S100A11蛋白表达临床意义研究

摘    要:目的:研究钙囊素(S100A11)在胃癌组织中的表达水平,探讨其临床意义。方法:选取200103-01-2009-10-30南通大学附属医院住院的胃癌手术患者52例,收集同院同期在门诊行胃镜检查的胃不典型增生患者20例,胃炎患者33例。利用Elivison免疫组化法检测上述组织标本中S100A11表达水平,比较其在胃癌、胃不典型增生和胃炎组织中表达差异,并探讨其与临床病理参数的关系。结果:S100A11在胃癌组织中的阳性率为90.4%,胃不典型增生组织为40.0%,两者相比差异有统计学意义,Z=4.247,P〈0.001;S100A11在胃炎组织中阳性率为57.6%,与胃癌组织相比差异有统计学意义,Z=5.031,P〈0.001。S100A11表达阳性率在肿瘤直径〉4cm为100%,肿瘤直径≤4cm为85.7%,两者相比差异有统计学意义,z=-2.724,P=0.0065;在印戒细胞癌中为100%,黏液腺癌100%,管状乳头状癌84.8%,3者相比差异有统计学意义,h=14.913,P=0.0006;在有淋巴结转移组织中为92.1%,无淋巴结转移组织中为85.7%,两者相比差异有统计学意义,z=-2.781,P=0.0054;在高分化胃癌组织中为100%,中、低分化胃癌组织为88.9%,两者相比差异有统计学意义,χ^2=2.008,P=0.0446。S100A11的表达与性别、年龄、发病部位、浸润深度、生长类型、远处转移和TNM分期无相关性,P值均〉0.05。结论:S100A11在胃癌组织中的表达阳性率和表达强度显著高于胃不典型增生和胃炎组织,提示其可能在胃癌的发病过程中起一定作用;S100A11的表达与肿瘤大小、病理类型、淋巴结转移及分化程度相关,提示可能与胃癌的预后相关。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To explore the expressions and elinincal significances of S100A11 in human gastric carcinoma tissues. METHODS:We collected the specimens from 52 surgical patients with gastric cancer from March 01,2001 to October 30,2009,in Nantong University Affiliated Hospital, the specimen from 20 atypical hyperplasia and 33 gastritis patients Were also collected in outpatient service gastroscope-room. Immunohistochemistry method of Elivison was used to detect the expression S100A11 levels in the specimens. Expression levels of S100A11 in different tissues were compared and analyzed. The relationship between expression levels and clinical parameters were analyzed. RESULTS: The positive rates of S100A11 were 90.4% in gastric carcinoma,it were 40.0% in atypical hyperplasia, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (z=4. 247,P〈0. 001). The positive rates of S100A11 was 57. 6% in gastritis, and compared with gastric carcinoma, the difference was statistically significant (z= 5. 031, P〈0. 001 ). The expression levels of S100A11 were 100% in the cases with the tumor size more than 4 cm and the expression levels of S100A11 were 85.7 % in the cases with the tumor size less than 4 cm, the difference between two groups was statistically significant (z= -2. 724, P= 0. 006 5). The expression levels of S100A11 were 100 % in the cases with signet ring cell carcinoma and mu cinous adenocarcinoma, the expression levels of S100A11 were 84.8 % in the cases with tubiform papillary carcinoma and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (h - 14. 913, P= 0. 000 6). The expression levels ofS100A11 were 92.1% in the cases with lymph node metastasis and the expression levels of S100A11 were 85.70% in the cases without lymph node metastasis and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (z=- 2. 781,P = 0. 005 4). The expression levels of S100A11 were 100% in the cases with well-differentiated gastric carcinoma. The ex- pression levels of S100A11 were 88.9 % in the cases with moderately/poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma. The differ- ence between two groups was statistically significant (z = -2. 008, P = 0. 044 6). There was no statistically significant difference between S100A11 expression and the clinical pathological parameters, such as gender, age, position, organiza tion, invasion depth, the type of tissue growth, distant metastasis, TNM staging, P〈0. 05. CONCLUSION : S100A11 is overexpressed in gastric carcinoma,indicating that it may play a role in the pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma;S100A11 in- creases in the cases with gastric carcinoma and its expression is associated with tumor size,pathology types and metasta sis,which suggests that S100A11 is correlated with the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
