吗替麦考酚酯与环磷酰胺联合激素治疗V型狼疮性肾炎临床疗效观察

目的：比较吗替麦考酚酯（MMF）与环磷酰胺（CTX）联合激素治疗V型狼疮性肾炎（LN）的临床疗效。方法：经肾活检诊断为V型活动期LN患者30例，通过随机数字表法分为2组，分别口服MMF和CTX静脉冲击治疗，同时均联合标准剂量的泼尼松治疗。比较分析2组的临床疗效以及经诱导治疗后发生的不良反应。结果：MMF组临床疗效的总有效率明显高于CTX组，差异有显著性统计学意义（P〈0．01）；且MMF组不良反应的发生率低于CTX组。结论：MMF治疗V型病变的LN疗效明显优于CTX治疗，不良反应小。

Comparative study on therapeutic effect between mycophenolate mofetil and cyclophosphamide in treatment of pure class V lupus nephritis

Objective：To compare the clinical effect and safety between mycophenolate mofetil （MMF）and cyelophosphamide （CTX） in the treatment of pure class V lupus nephritis. Methods：30 female patients diagnosed class V LN, were randomly devided into Group MMF and Group CTX, respectively treated with MMF and CTX. Both groups were treated with standard dose prednisone. A comparative analysis of the clinical effects of two groups and compared with the occurring rate of adverse reactions. Results： MMF group＇s Syndromes assessment of the total efficiency than the CTX group, The difference was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; And the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the CTX group. Conclusion： MMF was more effective than CTX as the inducing treatment in patientswith class V LN and could have adverse effects.
