弹性髓内钉与接骨板治疗儿童股骨骨折的效果观察

摘    要:目的:探讨对儿童股骨骨折利用弹性髓内钉与接骨板进行治疗所取得的临床效果。方法:选择2012年1月。2013年3月曾在我院进行治疗的股骨骨折患儿54例,将这些患者随机分为数量相等的2组,将这2组患儿分别记作观察组与对照组,观察组中患儿利用弹性髓内钉方法进行治疗,对照组中患儿利用接骨板方法进行治疗,观察2组患儿的临床效果以及手术情况,并进行比较分析。结果:在结束治疗之后,对2组患儿的临床治疗效果进行观察,2组患儿在经过治疗之后,其骨折均愈合,2组患儿之间差异显著;观察2组患儿的手术时间、手术切口长度以及手术过程中的出血量,观察组患儿均优于对照组,2组患儿之间有显著差异。结论:对于儿童股骨骨折,利用弹性髓内钉与接骨板进行治疗均能够得到较好的临床效果,能够使患者骨折尽快愈合,利用弹性髓内钉方法所需要的手术时间要短于接骨板治疗方法,并且手术过程中出血量比较少,能够减轻患者痛苦,在临床治疗过程中尽量选择弹性髓内钉方法进行治疗。

Clinical effect on treatment of children femoral fractures using elastic intramedullary nail and bone plate

Abstract:Objective:To study on children femoral fractures using elastic intramedullary nail and hone plate for treatment of clinical effect. Methods : January 2012 - March 2013 in our hospital for treatment of femoral fractures with 54 cases of children with equal number were randomly divided into two groups as observation group and control group, respectively, in the observation group with using the method of elastic intramcdullary nail treatment, control group of children treated with bone plate method, and comparative analysis. Results: After the end of treatment, children with observation group were better than control group, there was a significant difference between two groups of children. Conclusion:Using the elastic intramedullary nail treatment for children femoral fractures with bone plate, less blood loss dur- ing the process of shorter operation time, patients could reduce pain, in the process of clinical treatment as far as possible choose method of elastic intramedullary nail for treatment.
