儿童哮喘伴发慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效及相关性分析

目的分析儿童哮喘与慢性鼻窦炎治疗的相互影响,探讨儿童哮喘与慢性鼻窦炎的关系。方法 324例儿童哮喘伴发慢性鼻窦炎患者分成两组,A组仅接受哮喘治疗,B组同时治疗慢性鼻窦炎与哮喘,回顾分析两组儿童哮喘与慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及其相互关系。结果 A组患儿哮喘和慢性鼻窦炎治疗总有效率分别为80.79%和21.85%,作Spearman相关分析,两者之间的相关系数rs=0.30,P0.01;B组患儿哮喘和慢性鼻窦炎治疗总有效率分别为97.69%和98.27%,A组和B组儿童哮喘疗效与慢性鼻窦炎疗效均呈显著正相关(rs=0.37,P0.01)。A组与B组慢性鼻窦炎疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=201.20,P0.01)。A组与B组哮喘疗效比较亦然(χ2=26.46,P0.01)。结论哮喘和儿童慢性鼻窦炎是连续气道中的一种炎症过程;儿童慢性鼻窦炎对哮喘的影响是极大的、明显的;两者同时治疗可提高哮喘临床控制疗效。

Clinical Treatment of Pediatric Asthma with Chronic Sinusitis and Analysis of Their Correlation
