| 摘 要： | 目的:通过培养人毛囊外根鞘细胞群,观察其增殖活性及细胞角蛋白K19的表达。方法:利用人头皮拔出的毛发,以组织块法和酶消化法培养毛囊外根鞘细胞,用四氮噻唑蓝(MTT)法比较其与表皮角质形成细胞的增殖能力,用免疫组化检测培养外根鞘细胞中细胞角蛋白K19的表达。结果:外根鞘细胞具有较表皮角质形成细胞更强的增殖能力,而且在培养的外根鞘细胞中有大量细胞角蛋白K19阳性的细胞。结论:由于外根鞘细胞具有较表皮角质形成细胞更强的增殖能力,同时含有大量K19阳性细胞,可以作为皮肤组织工程种子细胞来源。

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate the expression of cytokeratin K19 and proliferation capabil ity in cultured follicular outer root sheath cells derived from plucked human sc alp hair. METHODS:The proliferation capability of cultured outer root sheath cells was c ompared with that of cultured hunman keratinocytes with assay of MTT. Immunohist ochemisty was used to detect expression of cytokeratin K19 in cultured outer roo t sheath cells. RESULTS:It showed that the proliferation capability of cultured outer root she ath cells was superior to that of keratinocytes, amount of positive cells of cyt okeratin K19 were detected in the cultured outer root sheath cells. |
