金水宝胶囊联合贝那普利治疗高血压早期肾功能损害的临床观察

目的探讨金水宝胶囊联合贝那普利治疗高血压早期肾功能损害的临床疗效。方法将原发性高血压患者84例随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予口服贝那普利治疗,研究组给予贝那普利联合金水宝胶囊治疗,观察2组血压情况和肾功能改变情况。结果治疗后2组血压较治疗前明显降低,但治疗后2组血压比较并无统计学差异。治疗前、后2组血尿素氮(BUN)和血肌酐(Cr)比较差异无统计学差异;治疗后研究组尿微量白蛋白、血β2-微球蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白明显低于对照组和治疗前。结论金水宝胶囊联合贝那普利治疗高血压,在有效降压的同时可以降低尿微量白蛋白、血β2-微球蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白,改善患者早期肾功能损害,其治疗效果优于单独应用贝那普利治疗。

Clinical observation of Jinshuibao capsule combined with benazepril in the treatment of early renal damage of hypertension patients

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jinshuibao capsule combined with benazepril in the treatment of early renal damage of hypertension patients.Methods Eighty-four patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group received oral benazepril,while the study group received benazepril combined with Jinshuibao capsule.Blood pressure and the change of renal function in both groups were observed.Results After treatment,blood pressure in both groups was significantly reduced.However,the differences were not statistically significant.Before and after treatment,the differences of the blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr) in both groups were not statistically significant.After treatment,urinary albumin,blood β2-microglobulin,and urinary 2-microglobul in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion Jinshuibao capsule combined with benazepril can lower blood pressure,reduce the urinary albumin,blood β2-microglobulin and urinary β2-microglobulin,and improve early renal dysfunction.Its therapeutic effect is better than benazepril alone.
