川芎超微细粉和普通细粉在通窍活血巴布剂中透皮释药的对比研究

摘    要:目的对比测定以川芎超微细粉制成的巴布剂和以川芎普通细粉制成的巴布剂中主要有效成分的离体兔皮释药速率。方法使用药物透皮扩散实验仪,以阿魏酸为指标成分,检测两种巴布剂样品中阿魏酸20 h内透过离体兔皮释药情况。结果川芎超微细粉样品巴布剂1~4 h为快速透皮释药阶段,4 h内累计透皮释药可达到42.57%;4~20 h为平稳缓慢透皮释药过程,20 h累计可达到58.26%。川芎普通细粉样品巴布剂4 h内累计透皮释药为24.67%,20 h为44.28%,且整个透皮释药均表现为平稳缓慢的过程。川芎超微细粉样品巴布剂比川芎普通细粉样品巴布剂累计透皮释药高出近15%。结论以川芎药物细粉作为该巴布剂的填充剂,超微细粉样品巴布剂比普通细粉样品巴布剂透皮释药效果好。

Abstract:Objective To compare and determine the in vitro transdermal permeation rate of the main effective component between the cataplasms of rhizoma ligustici chuanxiong ultramicro powder and that of common powder in rabbits.Methods The drug transdermal diffusion experiment device was used.Ferulic acid was taken as the indicator component.The situation of 20 h in vitro transdermal permeation of ferulic acid in rabbits was detected in two cataplasm samples.ResultsFor the cataplasm sample of rhizoma ligustici chuanxiong ultramicro powder,the transdermal permeation was rapid in 1-4 h and the permeation rate was up to 42.57% in 4 h;the transdermal permeation was stable and slow in 4-20 h and the permeation rate was up to 58.26% in 20 h.For the cataplasm sample of the common powder,the accumulative transdermal permeation rate was 24.67% in 4 h and was 44.28% in 20 h.The transdermal permeation was stable and slow in the entire procedure.The accumulative transdermal permeation rate of the cataplasm sample of rhizoma ligustici chuanxiong ultramicro powder was higher by near 15% as compared with that of the common powder.Conclusion Rhizoma ligustici chuanxiong powder can be the filler of the cataplasm.The ultramicro powder cataplasm is better in the transdermal permeation as compared with the common powder sample.
