| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理在肺癌患者放疗中应用的临床效果。方法选取80例肺癌Ⅱ期放疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组运用循证护理,对照组运用恶性肿瘤放射治疗常规护理,对2组患者在住院放疗期间医疗护理满意度、住院费用进行比较。结果观察组医疗护理满意度100%,对照组医疗护理满意度85%,观察组患者对医疗护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论循证护理较常规护理更能提高护理水平,提高医疗护理满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in lung cancer patients with radiotherapy.Methods Eighty level 2 lung cancer patients with radiotherapy were randomly divided into observation group(n=40) and control group(n=40).The observation group received evidence-based nursing and control group received conventional radiation nursing for malignant cancer.The satisfactoriness and cost were compared in the two groups.Results The satisfactoriness to the nursing staff was 100% in the observation group which was significantly higher than the 85% in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing,evidence-based nursing can improve the level of nursing and increase the satisfactoriness of patients to the nursing staff. |
