红细胞膜Ca^2＋—Mg^2＋—ATPase活性与慢性胃炎中医证型关系

从细胞和细胞膜酶分子水平探讨慢性胃炎中医证型病理生理特点，测定了３０例正常人和１０２例慢性胃炎病人基础和胰岛素刺激后红细胞膜Ｃａ＾２＋－Ｍｇ＾２＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性，红细胞ＡＴＰ含量及２４ｈ尿１７－ＯＨＣＳ排出量。结果表明：湿热证膜Ｃａ６２＋－Ｍｇ＾２＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性和细胞内ＡＴＰ含量呈代偿性增高；脾胃气虚酶活性和ＡＴＰ含量有所下降；脾肾气虚组织细胞代谢完全失代偿。

Relationship Between Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATP ase Activity of Erythrocytic Membrance & TCM Syndromes in Chronic Gastritis

From the level of enzymatic molecule of cell and cytomembrance, the physiopathologic characteristics of different TCM syndromes in chronic gastritis have been studied. The Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATP ase activity of erythrocytic membrance, the contents of ATP in RBC and 24h urine 17 OHCS before and after stimulated by insulin have been detected in 30 cases of healthy people and in 102 cases of chronic gastritis respectively. The results show that there is a compensatory increase of Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATP ase activity and ATP contents in damp heat syndrome, while the enzymatic activity and ATP contents in stomach Qi deficiency syndrome reduce, and there is the complete decompensation of the histiocyte metabolism in spleen kidney deficiency syndrome. All of these changes have the positive correlation to the adrenocortical function. The result gives the further evidence to the effect of `kidney' to the spleen and stomach from the level of the enzymatic molecule.
