| 摘 要： | 目的:观察内镜及中药对梗阻性胆管炎患者血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法:将58例病人随机分成对照组、中药组,对照组仅进行内镜治疗,中药组行内镜及中药治疗,测定2组患者治疗后血清超氧化物岐化酶活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量并作组间比较。结果:血清超氧化物岐化酶活力:对照组<中药组;丙二醛:对照组>中药组。结论:内镜配合中药治疗梗阻性胆管炎具有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese traditional medicine with endoscopic therapy on SOD and MDA in patients with obstructive cholangitis. Methods: 58 patients underwent EST were devided randomly into 2 groups: 29 of them treated by endoscopic therapy (control group alone); and other 29 of them treated by Chinese traditional medicine with endoscopic therapy (Chinese traditional medicine combined therapy group). Results: the results showed that the level of MDA was obviously reduced in the combined therapy group compared with control group (P<0.01);significant increases of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and level were found in the combined therapy group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Endoscopic therapy combined with Chinese traditional medicine have better effect for treation obstructive cholangitis. |
