| 摘 要： | 通过对近10年进行气管切开的373例患的发病原因，手术适应症，手术方法，术后并发症及临床护理等方面进行分析总结，发现：近年来气管切开多数因下呼吸道分泌物阻塞和为应用呼吸机而行气管切开，气管切开适应症更为扩大，加强术后护理，可使术后并发症的发生减少到最低程度。

| Abstract: | To study the application and nursing of tracheotomy in emergency. A retrospective research was carried out by studying 373 cases in recent decade in view of disease reasons, operative indications, operative methods, postoperative complications and clinical nursing. The tracheotomy was conducted in recent years mainly due to secretion block in the lower respiratory tracts and application of respirators. Its indications were much wider. The strength of postoperative nursing may cause remarkable decrease in postoperative complications. |
