指端背动脉形态的观测及其临床意义

目的　为中医甲诊提供血管形态学依据。方法　制作血管铸型标本、手术显微镜及扫描电镜观测等方法研究指端背动脉的血供。结果　指端的血供主要来自指掌侧固有动脉的尺侧支和桡侧支共同发出的指端背动脉弓分支、指腹动脉弓分支及甲皱支。指端背内纵行小动脉在甲床的上、中 1/ 3及中、下 1/ 3交界处相互吻合 ,分别形成指端背第 2、3级动脉弓。结论　指端的血供丰富 ,由于血流变化而引起的甲床色泽的改变 ,是中医判断疾病病情的依据

Observation of the finger tip back arteriole and its clinical significance

ObjectiveTo provide the morphological bases for the nail diagnosis by Chinese traditional doctors.MethodsThe blood vessel model w as made and the supply in the finger tip by tip back arteriole was studied unde r the surgical microscope and scan electronic microscope.ResultsThe blood supply in the finger tip was mainly from the branch of the finger ba ck arteriole arch made up of the ulnar and radial branches of palmaris, propria s,the branches of the finger ventral arteriole arch and the branches of the nail crimples.The lengthway arterioles in finger back inosculate at the cross of one third up middle and down middle of the nail bed each other,which form the secon d and third arteriole arch respectively.ConclusionThe blood su pply of the finger tip is rich;the change of the blood flow leads to the chang e of colour and lustre of the nail,which is the base of the diagnosis by Chinese traditional doctors.
