| 摘 要： | 目的：控制壮元酒的质量。方法：采用薄层色谱法和理化反应对其中的淫羊藿、补骨脂、原蚕蛾进行鉴别，采用紫外分光光度法测定淫羊藿苷含量。结果：定性鉴别能从样品中检出相应的成分，定量测定所得淫羊藿苷含量为3．65%，平均回收率99．52％，RSD=1．6%。结论：该方法简便、实用、具专属性，稳定准确，重现性好，能有效地控制酒剂质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To control the quality of Zhuangyuan Jiu.Methods:Herba Epimedii, Fructus Psoraleae and Bombyx mori were identified by TLC and chemistry reactions; and icariin was determined by UV.Results:The Chinese medicines could be distinguished,the contents of icariin were 3.65%,the average recovery was 99.52% and the RSD was 1.6%.Conclusion:This method is simple,useful and special,the results are stable with a good repeatalility.These can be well applied to control the quality of Zhuangyuan Jiu. |
