新装住宅卫生质量及其对居民健康的影响

目的：了解银川市新装住宅卫生质量及其对居民健康的影响。方法：随机抽取银川市82户新装住宅，分三个阶段（即装饰后一个月、六个月、十二个月）进行环境监测，并对居住在其中的313名居民进行不良反应调查，同时选择16户（20名居民）与之对比。结果：在三个监测时间段里，新装住宅空气中的甲醛浓度与对照组相比，有显著性差异（P＜0．05）；居民的眼刺激征和呼吸道症状与对照组相比有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：装饰住宅甲醛污染持续时间较长，应采取一定措施尽快降低室内甲醛浓度，减少其对人体的危害。

View on Environmental Sanitary Quality of Newly Decorated Apartments and Its Effects on Inhabitant Health

Objective: To view the indoor air quality of newly decorated apartments and its effects on inhabitant health. Methods: The authors chose randomly 82 newly decorated apartments and 16 undecorated apartments in same building as objects to be surveyed. Formaldehyde concentrations in indoor air of respective apartments were determined thrice at set time (one month, 6 months and 12 months after decoration )by colorimetry. Three hundred and thirteen residents living in decorated apartments and 20 residents living in undecorated apartments were enrolled as candidates to be questioned on health using questionnaire. Results: The formaldehyde concentration in indoor air of decorated house was significantly higher than that in air of undecorated house. Irritating symptoms and signs of eyes and respiratory tract of residents living in decorated apartment were significantly severer than that of residents living in undecorated house. Conclusion: formaldehyde poisonous to human being can be released from decorated materials and reserved in indoor air for a long time and therefore attention should be paid to reduce the formaldehyde concentration taking up residence in.
