县级医疗机构与乡镇卫生院对口支援的衔接对策研究

目的:调查分析全县乡镇(中心)卫生院运营中存在的问题,为对口支援乡镇卫生院提供依据。方法:采用同医务人员座谈,听管理人员汇报,实地查看等方式。结果:①专业人员缺乏,资质不够;②医务人员积极性差;③管理人员理念有待提高;④基础设施简陋;⑤医疗安全意识差。结论:我县乡镇(中心)卫生院管理理念陈旧,技术人员匮乏,激励机制不够,人才流失严重。县级医疗机构针对其薄弱环节进行对口支援,达到帮助、培养,资源共享。

County level medical institutions and hospitals of villages and towns targeted aid articulation countermeasure research

Objective:Investigation and analysis of county and township health center (Center) of the problems existing in operation,to provide the basis for targeted aid township health center.Methods:Using the same medical personnel have an informal discussion,listen to the authority,the field view etc.Results:(1)Lack of qualified professionals,not enough;(2)The medical staff enthusiasm poor;(3)Management concept should be improved;(4)Infrastructure is pallet;(5)The medical safety awareness.Conclusion:The county town (Center) hospital management idea obsolete,technical staff shortage,incentive mechanism is not enough,the brain drain is serious.County level medical institutions aiming at the weak link in targeted aid,to help,training,resource sharing.
