溶栓胶囊对高原红细胞增多症患者凝血纤溶系统的影响

目的观察溶栓胶囊对高原红细胞增多症患者血液纤溶系统的影响;方法选择高原红细胞增多症患者112例,给予溶栓胶囊0.5g,每日3次,共30天,采集患者治疗前后空腹静脉血,检测血浆中组织纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)活性、纤维蛋白原(FG)及纤溶降解产物(FDP)含量,并与33例高原健康人作对照研究;结果高原红细胞增多症患者血浆中t-PA、PAI-1活性和FG、FDP含量显著高于正常对照组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05),经治疗后高原红细胞增多症患者血浆中t-PA、PAI-1活性和FG、FDP含量显著降低(P＜0.01),但仍高于高原健康人(P＜0.01);结论高原红细胞增多症患者存在纤溶抑制功能的亢进及凝血与纤溶系统的紊乱,溶栓胶囊对高原红细胞增多症具有明显的防治效果.

EFFECTS OF PLASMIN CAPSULES ON FIBRINOLYSIS COAGULATION SYSTEM OF PATIENTS WITH HIGH ALTITUDE POLYCYTHEMIA

Objective:To investigate the effects of plasmin capsules on fibrinolysis coagulation system of patients with high altitude polycythemia(HAPC).Methods:In the present experiment,tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA),plasminogen activator inhibior-1(PAI-1),fibrinongen(FG)and fibrin/fibrinogen degradation product(FDP)in the blood were studied in 112 cases HAPC patients before and after the plasmin capsules were given and 33 healthy cases at highland served as healthy controls.Results:The results showed that the activity of t-PA,PAI-1 and the contents of FG,FDP were higher in HAPC group than that in healthy control(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The above parameters were decreased after treatment of HAPC group compared with that before treatment (P<0.01),but those were higher than healthy control.Conclusion:The study indicated that it was related to disturbance or fibrinolysis coagulation system in the patients with HAPC and plasmin capsules were valuable in prevention and treatment of HAPC.
