| 摘 要： | 目的：了解HIV（＋）/AIDS合并肺结核的临床表现、治疗及预后。方法：回顾性总结分析HIV（＋）/AIDS合并肺结核98例的临床资料。结果：98例均出现发热、盗汗、消瘦、咳嗽、咳痰、淋巴结大及肝脾大等临床表现,占100%。肺结核治疗阳转阴率为36.7%,临床好转率为33.6%,病死率为29.6%。结论：HIV（＋）/AIDS合并肺结核临床表现为恶液质,治疗阳转阴率低,治疗效果欠佳,病死率高,预后不良。

| Abstract: | Objective：To understand the clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosis of HIV（＋）/AIDS of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods：Retrospectively analyzed HIV（＋）/AIDS combined clinical data of 98 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis.Results：8 patients were found got fever,night sweats,weight loss,cough,sputum,lymph node enlargement and hepatosplenomegaly and other clinical manifestations,which account for the proportion of 100%.Positive to negative rate of tu berculosis treatment was 36.7%,clinical improvement rate was 33.6%,case fatality rate was 29.6%.Conclusion：HIV（＋）/AIDS clinical manifestations of pulmonary tuberculosis is cachexia,with low positive to negative rate,poor treatment and prognosis,and high fatality rate. |
