腭部环状骨移植在上前牙区种植修复中的应用

目的：探讨腭部环状骨移植在上前牙区骨量不足患者中的应用，并对其临床效果进行评价。方法选取我院2008年12月—2010年12月完成的腭部环状骨移植后种植修复病例12例，其中单颗牙缺失9例，2颗牙缺失3例，共植入种植体15颗，通过测量垂直向和水平向增加骨量评价腭部环状骨移植后的临床效果。结果创口均一期愈合，6．5个月后垂直向骨高度增加（2.3±0.9）㎜，水平向骨宽度增加（2.6±0.9）mm ，垂直向及水平向骨吸收率分别为8.4％和9.3％，种植体留存率100％。结论腭部环状骨移植是解决种植修复中上前牙区骨量不足的有效方法。

Application of bonering graft from palate in dental implantation

Objective To demonstrate the effectiveness of autogenous palate bonering graft for bone defects of maxillary ante‐rior region .Methods From December 2008 to December 2010 ,12 patients with severe bone absorption of maxillary anterior re‐gion were included in this survey .Nine patients presented with single tooth missing and 3 patients lost 2 teeth .Bonering grafts harvested from hard palatal were used for augmentation .Results All implants were placed successfully ,and after healing peri‐od about 6.5 months ,all implants were restored with ceramic crowns .Alveolar ridges were made (2.3 ± 0.9)mm higher ,and (2.6 ± 0.9)mm wider ,the absorption rate are 8.4% and 9.3% .Conclusion The use of palate bonering grafts is a predictable way in patients with severe bone defects in maxillary anterior region .
