采血护士腰背痛的影响因素及对策

目的：探讨引起采血护士腰背疼痛的影响因素，并采取相应措施。方法采用数字疼痛量表，对498名血站采血人员进行问卷调查。采用χ2检验对调查结果进行分析。结果采血时间＜3年的发生腰背痛的人数占78名（18.57％），3～5年发生腰背痛的人数占104名（24.76％），＞5年发生腰背痛的人数占238名（56.67％）。结论采血年限不同，采血护士腰背痛发生率有明显差异。

Factors and countermeasures of nurses back pain

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the back pain of blood collection nurses ,and to take corre‐sponding measures .Methods With the use of Digital Pain scale ,a questionnaire was conducted to investigate 498 blood collec‐tion nurses .χ2 test was used to analyze the survey results .Results For working ages less than 3 years ,the number of occur‐rence of low back pain accounts for 78 (18.57% );for working ages 3 to 5 years ,the number of back pain occurs accounted 104 (24.76% );and for working ages more than 5 years back pain occurs the number accounted for 238 (56.67% ) .Conclusion For different working ages ,the incidence of back pain for blood collection nurse is significantly different .
